Singapore

From India to Singapore... It's a big difference... Very clean, no many people, no much traffic and pollution, no bad smell on the streets and a lot of shopping centers. I can tell that's a city in a mall. I never see so much shops together, many many many. From the big fashion brands to the small places where you can but from local designers, from Hi-Tech to gadgets stores. Big queue to eat in the peak hour, so many food courts with any kind of restaurants and takeaways. It's easy to spend hours walking up and down on huge escalators which go from 2 or 4 level under the ground to 10 to 12 level above. Very easy to get lost!!!
But lucky that it's time to go beck home, I spend the same amount of hours here that I spent in two months of India. ;)

Back to Chennai

We arrived in Chennai two months ago and now we are back again to meet some good friends, friends that I'll neves forget and that I hope to see soon again. Chennai is a very chaotic city, dusty, noisy, dirty but the people that we met are very special a the made us live the city in a different way. When we arrived, we spent about five days, but this time was quickly. W flew from Kerala to Chennai and from there we have the flight to Singapore. It's going to be a such a big difference between India and Singapore. Is going to be fun!!!

Kerala, South India

After two months travelling around India, we really needed some relax. There's not better place than Kerala. Since when we arrived in Kochi the feeling was that that place didn't look India at all. You can still see women wearing sarees, but there are more churches than Temples. It's a very nice Portuguese colony. Very nice city. But the best place where we spent ten days was actually Varkala, a smal little town on the clifts. A place to swim, relax and eat some good sea food. You can also find some nice friends down there. We have been in good company every single day with local/italians. Varkala looks like to be the perfect place for Yoga and meditation and it's also an ayurvedic area full of massage places. I will probably go back again.
